Definitions
the business – the sole trading company with the business name registered as “IT Fault” at ASIC, ABN 45535979289
business representative – an employee or the sole trader of the business
Melbourne and surrounds – to be agreed between client and a business representative during contract negotiations
the website – the website at https://www.itfault.com.au/ and derivative domains (itfault.com.au, www.itfault.com, and itfault.com)
calendar day – any ordinary day including Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, irrespective of whether it is a public holiday or not
Terms
All listed prices on the website are to be regarded as invitations to treat, all contracts shall be made by standard offer and acceptance.
Client is responsible for providing access, or a willing representative with access, to necessary systems to facilitate inspection of system. Where the client requires it a non-disclosure agreement may be formed between the business and the client.
Client waives IT Fault of all liability of any disruption or problems that occur on site during and following attendance by a business representative.
Client agrees to pay any invoice issued within 30 calendar days in full subject to a reasonable daily invoice fulfilment charge should the invoice not be paid in full within that period, that reasonable daily charge to be listed on the website.
All calls to phone numbers displayed on the website may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
