You would assign me employees who do have the necessary credentials and who are authorised to access systems on my behalf. I would ask them to access various services and inspect the results.
How will we come to agree on whether a fault has, indeed, been found?
A form shall be completed prior to work describing the symptoms being experienced. On completion of the work a report shall be issued that details what I believe to be the cause of the symptoms. The client shall then indicate on a copy of that report whether they believe the cause of those symptoms has, indeed, been correctly identified, and sign the copy.
